Legislation, 2019

But Sen. Lori Berman, D-Lantana, said there is no need for the legislation and that it is an attempt to limit abortion rights.

“Has there been any outcry to have this change in law?” Berman asked. “Have you heard from medical people or any people who have said this change is needed, when the system is currently working?”

WHAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE AT TRADITIONAL MASS

Catholic Homosexual, Palka, Blog

If you didn’t read my article in last week’s bulletin, you really should before reading this one as it will help put some things into proper perspective. That said, I promised to continue explaining just what an AH/HA bishop (see last week’s article for an explanation) always threatens to do—and actually does—as often as necessary to keep the “peace” through a reign of fear and intimidation. His own power and “pleasure” (sick though these may be) are his main goals.

Why don't priests blow the whistle?   Last week

If you have ever been overwhelmed by what needs to be considered when voting, here is a beginner's guide for you! Thanks to Catholic Answers for bringing the 5 Non-Negotiables into the mainstream of Catholic apologetics, this is a breakdown of each issue and where the Church stands, including examples and a summary of each subject. These five topics are imperative for every conscious Catholic voter to consider this election season.

Voter Guide, Voting, 5 Non-negotiables, Catholic Vote

Based on Church teachings, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Encyclicals of the Pope, and issue papers from the Office of the Doctrine of the Faith, the following five issues concern actions that are intrinsically evil and must never be promoted by the law.

Intrinsically evil actions are those that fundamentally conflict with the moral law and can never be performed under any circumstances. It is a serious sin to deliberately endorse or promote any of these actions, and no person who really wants to advance the common good will support any action contrary to the non-negotiable principles involved in these issues.

IN ADDITION to McCarrick

But continual reports of ongoing financial and sexual scandals suggest reform doesn’t seem to be happening. Recently, a male prostitute in Italy published the names and photos of sixty priests who frequent his services—with scarcely any comment from the shepherds. And the homosexual orgy in the apartment of a Vatican cardinal, used by his secretary, was met with a “no comment” by the Vatican press office. And then we hear also of a monsignor in the papal nuncio’s office in Washington, D.C., who suddenly leaves the country and is put on trial in the Vatican for trafficking in child pornography and is given a five year prison sentence.

During his tenure, “The Diocese of St. Petersburg refused to release its priest records and acknowledged it had previously handled sexual abuse complaints without contacting authorities,” reported The Tampa Bay Times in 2002.  In the end, the diocese handed over nearly $6 million dollars to settle sexual harassment claims.

Vote Description

The Senate voted on the confirmation of D.C. Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Judge Kavanaugh was nominated by President Donald Trump on July 9th, 2018 and was included in The Heritage Foundation’s original list of potential Supreme Court nominees.

abortion facts, Live Action

More women died from LEGAL abortion (25 women died) than an illegal abortion (19 women died) the year Roe v. Wade was decided in 1973.

Making the killing of preborn children legal DID NOT make abortion "safe.” Abortion always kills the preborn child and sometimes kills the mom, too.

Yet, abortion advocates continue to push their false talking point that thousands (if not millions) of women would die if Roe v. Wade was overturned. Let’s be clear: No more lives should be lost to abortion.

Catholic Homosexual, Catholic Thing, Pokorsky

If priests cannot be chaste in celibacy, how can we expect our young men to grow in chastity as they prepare for marriage?

For example, when priests live their celibacy with confidence, they provide an example to young men who are required to be chaste in their own celibate state before they marry. Clerical violations of celibacy not only encourage secular commentators like Rush Limbaugh to question its value for priests, they undermine the resolve of men struggling to overcome addictions to pornography.

We are not talking about accusing people in the sense of judging them as saved or damned, but identifying malefactors and their enablers so that they don’t continue perpetrating evil. And so that victims, who will be the first accusers, find mercy – and justice – in truth.

Because, as Fr. James Martin knows full well, the inmates are largely running the asylum.

And such inmates all have Fr. Martin’s back.

In recent decades, this has become even more pronounced. The number of pro-life Democrats in Congress, for example, is in the single digits today, compared to more than 100 in the 1970s

The pro-life movement may not have the political clout or generous financing of Planned Parenthood or George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. But we have a much more powerful weapon: the truth.

The emphasis behind “safe environment” programs is not toward protecting children or, heaven forbid, rooting out sex abusers in our midst.

“Safe environment” programs ignore the real problem—homosexual predator bishops and priests—and direct their suspicions elsewhere. Although it was found that the majority of clerical abuse cases were homosexual in nature, the Dallas Charter did nothing to address this pink elephant in the room.

And with that, the floodgates began to open. What was “normal” was no longer determined by procreation. Instead, everything sex-related or sexual would now be driven exclusively by either feelings or desires. Procreation was merely an add-on for the “breeders” in the population. Now, God forbid that any such group be left out of the alphabet soup.

Sexual Abuse, McCarrick, Catholic Homosexual

June 28, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Now-disgraced retired cardinal of Washington, DC Theodore McCarrick was permitted to live out his role as a bishop over the past thirty years despite the fact that some bishops knew him to be guilty of sexually abusing seminarians.

Since this past week’s McCarrick revelations by the Archdioceses of New York and Newark, that McCarrick was found to have credible allegations of sexual predation against a minor, and two adult males, there can be little doubt that the American hierarchy was aware of allegations of his past salacious and sexually exploitative misconduct.
