Public comment information:

  • All speakers (in-person and virtual) must sign up using the online Speaker Sign Up form - speakers will not be able to sign up onsite the day of the meeting to speak
    • Once the online form opens for signups, the deadline to request to speak is January 27, 2023 at 5 PM
  • The Chair has determined that public comment will be available for 2 hours and is limited to 2 minutes per person
  • There is a maximum of 60 speakers
